Poundbury Systems Ltd (PSL) was formed in 2001 by Directors Clare and Mike Jenkins, with the vision of giving small and medium-sized businesses the same access to IT and phone services typically available to larger corporate organisations. Over the years, PSL achieved many milestones, including Microsoft Gold Partner, Investor in People, ISO 9001, Cisco Select Partner, winning three Dorset Business Awards over two consecutive years, and becoming a Disability Confident Employer. Throughout its growth, the company has always focused on building strong partnerships with both clients and suppliers, with its people at the heart of everything it does.
Technology has always enabled PSL to support businesses in achieving their goals. The company continues to bring new and innovative ideas to customers, providing services ranging from outsourced IT support and virtual IT Director services to ultrafast internet connections and the full suite of Microsoft products.
In 2024, PSL was acquired by ITCS, an award-winning IT and communications company. This acquisition allows ITCS to expand its presence in Southern England while ensuring PSL’s clients continue to receive the same trusted service. ITCS brings a strong ethical approach, a wider range of certifications including ISO 9001, 14001 and 27001, and an expanded team to support ongoing growth.
PSL, now part of ITCS, continues to operate from its offices in Poundbury, supported by the wider ITCS network. This enables the combined company to deliver enhanced IT and communications services across the UK while maintaining the high standards, personal approach, and expertise clients expect.
