Dave has spent nearly a decade leading and supporting local authority property teams, managing complex operational and investment portfolios, and delivering strategic asset management, governance, procurement and service improvement programmes.
Together with the Statement Property Group team, Dave provides senior-level advice, additional delivery capacity and operational support to organisations facing complex, sensitive or time-critical property challenges. The team’s work spans property and estate management, commercial agency, surveying and strategic advice.
